Unclear Build Instructions / BOM #3

I am working on building one of these units and am having trouble understanding the instructions.
The "What You Get" section of the instructions lists the following:
100k registor
270k registor
200uf capacitor
But in the actual steps of installing the components, the following are listed:
R2: 200k
R1: 270Ω
capacitor: 2.2uf
Why are all of these values different than the materials list? I have no idea which values are correct.
Could someone confirm which set of values for the components are the right ones? I also could not find the potentiometer values listed anywhere in the documentation, so if anyone has built one successfully, could you also let me know the values for those?
