scenario in apis-service_center

Question 1:

As explained in specification, http://127.0.0.1:8000/static/ui_example/resident/scenario.html gave the scenarios of the houses

what is the difference between this scenario and the scenarios in ./apis-main/exe/? I suppose the emulator is using the scenarios under ./apis-main/exe/, right?

Question 2:

Shall we also change the django version to 2.2.18 or later in requirement.txt file?

Q3:

when we start this software, it would generate a file db.sqlite3. I noticed that this file is important to invoke dcdc sharing. How does it work? It seems it is important to show the results in http://127.0.0.1:8000/static/ui_example/staff/deal.html, if it is not generated properly, the deal.html link could not be opened. And if I replace this db.sqlite3 file from other runs, will it use the same history of other runs? I have done this to invoke the dcdc exchange, but it seems dcdc exchange only occurs between two nodes, other houses which fit the requirement do not have deal exchanges.
