unable` to prepare context: path "docker" not found

I am trying to build buildroot image by docker, but is impossible. The first command you use doesn't work. I have tried in docker-windows 10, Docker Ubuntu-22.04 WSL and Ubuntu 20.04 but I receive the same always:

Where is the problem?
