Wallpaper not loading after latest Hyprland update

Hello,

Since updating to Hyprland v0.49.0, the wallpaper is no longer loading correctly in the HyprV4 setup. Here's what's happening:

The wallpaper displays at the login screen (SSDM), but once Hyprland starts, the desktop background goes black.

I was previously using swww via hyprv_util, and even tried calling swww-daemon --format xrgb manually — the daemon starts but no socket is created (swww query fails).

I just managed to find the fix for this. The command to initialize swww has changed from swww init to swww-daemon. There is a line you need to update in the Hyprland config to do so.

In my ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf file, it was about line 19. Previously, it read:

exec-once = swww init

Now it should read:

exec-once = swww-daemon

I also made this change in ~/.config/HyprV/hypr/hyprland.conf, but I do not believe that is needed to fix the issue immediately, just for future proofing.
