rename refactoring

When a piece of the datamap is renamed, automatically refactor the Soar productions to match the DM rename.

This suggested solution here may not always be the best. Frequently I have a production that references something that is not yet in the datamap. Then I copy-as-link a structure from somewhere else into the appropriate location. At this point the new copy has the right definition but the wrong name, so I do a rename to make it fit the name in the production, and the error disappears. Whatever solution is done here should take that workflow into account.

Perhaps a comment for #61, but we will not do the refactoring without asking the user first.

Also, now I wonder if we should add anything to make the copy-with-new-name workflow faster.
