Add Clear Cache button so that manually or in app on off can force to clear the cache so that storage issue can be resolved

The app currently clears the cache on startup, for this exact reason. It gets rid of temporary files in the NSTemporaryDirectory(), the Caches folder as well as Application Support/com.burbn.instagram/analytics.

If there are any other temporary directories that I've left out, please feel free to let me know. The majority of the space is the app's saving of items such as uploading videos, and not properly discarding them, or backups of the user defaults. Neither of which I can safely delete.
