Compile <comment> fields in the xml file into doc comments, for in source documentation

The vk.xml file contains a lot of comment fields that include useful information.
The less you have to leave the editor to look up documentation the better.

I think this would be a great QoL improvement, similar projects already do this such as zig-wayland, and it's really nice.

That's a pretty good idea! I see there are different "types" of comments (general, fields, etc). I don't think that they're all useful but most of them are pretty nice.
