Is Lua 5.3.6 supported?

I'd like to apply these patches to my Lua interpreter, which uses Lua 5.3.6. The patch is for Lua 5.2.2. Will it still work? Thanks

Found out that a majority of it is supported, however the lparser.c file doesn't patch correctly.
