Version 2.2.1 does not open

Actual results

I tried re-downloading sentry.dll: it didn't work. I tried renaming it so the program would ignore it: that didn't work either. Nothing worked.

Expected results

The application should open

I tested version 2.1.5; it opens but fails to connect to the U1.
Works with Orca Slicer v.2.3.1.

Hi, I have the same problem. If I revert to version 2.1.5, everything works correctly. The latest version of Orcaslicer works fine.

I am on Win 11 and with Snapmaker Orca 2.2.1 and it works fine, however, I get occasional blocking warning from my antivirus - have you tried disabling yours?

The same problem had occurred on Orca... which remained unresolved

I've had the printer for two days, so I didn't try installing another version, since OrcaSlicer 2.3.1 works. But I would like to use/test Snorca :(
I tried it on another computer and it works fine. I copied the files that were installed, but it didn't work.

Même problème. Win11 25H2 26200.7623. J'ai l'imprimante depuis deux jours, donc je n'ai pas essayé d'installer une autre version, car OrcaSlicer 2.3.1 fonctionne. Mais j'aimerais bien utiliser/tester Snorca :( Je l'ai essayé sur un autre ordinateur et il fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai copié les fichiers installés, mais ça n'a pas fonctionné.

J'ai fait pareil, il fonctionne sur l'autre pc qui a presque la même configuration.
La différence est sur la carte graphique ; j'ai une NVIDIA RTX3080
La seule façon de le faire tourner c'est VM sous linux
