ability to listen to jenkins console output instead of just artifacts

This would allow mergeatron to parse that output, and make friendly comments instead of just updating status and linking to console output.

This would be a huge win for newer contributors, who may or may not understand what the Jenkins output is.

This should be doable. Any plugins that use this would likely be custom and internal but we can get the console ouput in plain text by hitting /job/mergeatron/[build_id]/consoleText and do whatever we want with it. I think a more programmer-friendly approach might be starting to build support for artifacts produced by the various libraries we use.
