AP can't be connected. STA can't connect WiFi spot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Power on
2. Wait and search SSID "SnapAirUnit_4CE9"
3. Enter password "12345678" and connect
4. WiFi not connect
5. Use command console connect other wifi spot
6. Unable to connect

Expected behavior
Connect to wifi
