mb_player_prefix cannot be replaced #166

Hey!
I'm having an issue with this cvar
mb_player_prefix
The default is "."
I'm trying to change it to "/"
Unfortunately it doesn't work.
I've tried to change it via matchbot.cfg and also via commands.txt.
Fun fact, I tried many times and tried to reinstall the server few times.
There was one time I forgot to change it via matchbot.cfg
And it actually worked
Yet the message in the chat was still showing the commands with "."
.ready .help
Which mislead players.
Another bug I found, when you set immunity access via users.txt
"a" to admin
He's got no access for some / most of the commands.
- Linux
The server is clean install, only running matchbot with all it includes, accuracy fix + hitbox fix.
- No amxx!
Latest versions of rehlds + regamedll + matchbot
All running, no errors.
