Double measurements, double diseases #20
Description
For many Phenopacket elements, they shouldn't be included twice if they are completely identical
For example, if every aspect of two measurements are the same: timestamp, LOINC ID, value etc. then it should only be included once.
This might sound far fetched but in the dataset I am currently looking at, measurements are recorded in different parts of the table. It's easiest to just collect it all (and that should probably be the general approach of PhenoXtract), but then I have no idea if I am recording the same thing twice!
