Question about cofidence thresholds for inference

Hi, thank you so much for making the code available!

Segmentation results are good but some trees are not segmented and are assigned background/fill value PredInstance (65535).

Could you please advise where in the code could I find parameters to tweak (confidence threshold, min cluster size, etc) to try and preserve these trees?

I'm running inference with the pretrained model from the docker image: donaldmaen/segment-any-tree
