Grabber does not honour maxProgChunk value for series info request #3
Description
The grabber does not honour the max request size for programs when submitting missing series info ids in Grabber.java lines 604-621.
Need to inspect the size of this list and split it up into as many tasks as needed to stay within the request limits.
