TexCoord out of range@wow 11.1.5

I got error message after update to 11.1.5.
It happened twice. No any behavior except error message.

I got error message when I updated to 11.1.5:

Just error message, nothing other.

Hi i can not reproduce this error. Does it also happen with all other addons / WAs disabled ?
