Objective tracker does not fade or hide every time a quest is accepted, completed or when you hide/show the HUD

Hi, hi!

I use an OLED monitor so your addon is so usefull to minimize/avoid burn in.

Besides, there is some issues with the Objective Tracker configuration. Every time a quest is accepted, completed, or even when you hide/show the game interface with ALT+Z, the Objective Tracker list remains full display and does not fade or hide until you perform a mouse over over it.
