[Feature request] Option to hide targetframe stuff

I would very much like the option of being able to hide the following targetframe things:

• Target castbar
• Target buffs
• Both player and target health text

On the topic of the target frame, I'd like to hide the mana bar so it would match the large health bar of the player if possible.
