Fiber End Points

• Tested. Works ok, but I'm not sure how useful the GUI is because it requires saving files, then manually selecting the input and output folders. It seems to be designed for use from the command line only, so not sure if we should (1) add support for fiber hierarchy (2) disable GUI.

• update documentation.
