Missing IAM actions #79
Description
This is related to something we found, leaving this issue just in case someone finds it as well.
The list provided of IAM actions in cloudformation_actions.py it is not complete.
It holds a vast majority, but some of them are missing. Talked with AWS and they lack a single source of truth.
