PMP Bootcamp replay login issues

Hello, 

I am unable to log in to the pmp bootcamp replays. I typed in pmpB00tcampReplay! with the two ZEROs but it still didn't let me know. I also don't see my certificate for some reason. Is that something someone on this end to assist me with?
