[BUG] when dragging the SkEditor window to another monitor with lower resolution messes up gui

I couldn't reproduce it at first, but I figured out it's because of different DPI settings.

I could kind of fix it by changing the DpiAwareness property in Program.cs:

The problem is that on my testing configuration:

1. Main display: 1440p, 125% DPI
2. Second display: 1080p, 100% DPI

The Unaware setting makes it blurry on the main display but clear on the second display, and SystemDpiAware does the opposite.

The issue you reported is then fixed, but it's far from perfect... And I probably can't find a better solution myself (because it's an Avalonia limitation). I'll think about it later. For now, you could test it yourself if you know how to compile the app

I spent a few hours working on this, but I finally found what seems to be a perfect solution - at least in my testing. If you have a chance, please let me know if it resolves the issue for you
