Description

@rcj-siteimprove

The following SVG element is invisible according to Alfa; the Style.isVisible predicate returns false. The example is from Passed Example 2 at https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/qt1vmo/ where the rule in question is applicable and passes the SVG element so at least there is it assumed to be visible. It's also visible when viewed in a browser. Is this a bug in Alfa?
