[Packaging] Make this program available as flatpak package on FlatHub #4

Hi. Unfortunately many distros do not have stubby in their official repositories. For example, I'm on Fedora Linux & it is not available on official Fedora repositories nor in RPMFusion repositories .....
I would like to suggest on you to make this nice program available as flatpak package on FlatHub. This will make both your program & stubby available for almost all Linux distros & users.
FlatHub accept GUI applications & programs but not accept pure command line packages, so the only way to distribute stubby on it is by shipping it with GUI .....
If stubby_manager_gui is still under development & maintenance, then please consider this issue ...
