add per-query log level option to GUI

You note in the docs that you have to hand-edit the YAML to get higher log levels. I think people who wind up behind the GUI are probably more (like me!) lazy than that, and a single extra config option to either specify a log level, or at least enable per-query logging would help.

I am very confident its "working" but it would be nice to see events in the logstream which relate directly to the apparent DNS query loads I issue, not the TLS binding logs.

Thanks for the feedback! The logging is actually currently a runtime command line option which means it is part of the service definition (making it harder the change from the GUI). We do need and plan to add configuration level logging and I agree, a switch directly in the GUI to control that would be nice.
We actually need work in getdns to support this so I've opened issue
getdnsapi/getdns#400
