I am sorry for question in issues. Does sharable config functionality like [ESLint](https://eslint.org/docs/developer-guide/shareable-configs) or [PugLint](https://github.com/pugjs/pug-lint#shareable-configuration-packages) available in Stylint? If no, this please consider this issue as feature request.
