Add German ability indicator to User profiles

In order for learners to highlight their German ability, a slider should be added to the Learner's profile that represents their confidence in speaking German.
This would allow:
- Ability to share this confidence level with Natives prior to chats i.e. in the chat confirmation email.
- Can track how that level changes with time
- Ties in nicely with a core goal: To increase the confidence people have in starting / engaging in conversations
- Also the word confidence feels very personal and stating a low confidence is quite a vulnerable act, which in turn might deepen trust and connection with the other participant (... I'm probably getting carried away here)
Describe the solution you'd like
Slider that ranks from basic to fluency, with 5 or so levels in between. These levels should be understandable and applicable. e.g can chat about my hobbies / can talk about the past etc.
