Is EC even needed with Folia though? EC uses a lot of BukkitSchedulers so it would require re-writing a large majority of the plugin when the plugin might not even be useful on such software

Folia is still in early beta and shouldn't even be used for production yet anyways

Folia doesn't have a "entity cleanup" plugin available yet, hope you will be the first one.
If you can, there should be many people who will benefit from it and thank you.

It'll take a fair amount of time, and it's not completely off the table, but I'm just saying folia might not even need such a plugin due to how it performs
