What is the expected behavior or new feature?
When hovering over a pin in the nest atlas, or viewing the nest details, the name of the location should be visible and identifiable. For example, if reverse geocoding indicates that a nest is inside of a park named "Veridian Park", then the title bar for the nest details could read "SILPH NEST: VERIDIAN PARK (#999999)".
What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
Having a common name for a location enables people to identify and talk about that location without needing to load Google Maps. Using a location name from reverse geocoding (or similar process) increases the chance that the name picked is a name people use.
Currently, location names are not available consistently on the maps used in the Nest Atlas. Zooming in can help, but zooming in/out a lot makes it harder to "get a lay of the land" via browsing a wide area.
