Compiled Windows versions?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a chance of compiled Windows versions? I see there's a Mac installer, but it looks like for windows I'd have to compile from source (which I don't really know where to start with).

I'm not asking for an installer, but I'd be very grateful for a zip file of compiled plugins or something.
