console logging all m3da incoming/outgoing envelopes

Would be nice to have a console (http long polling?) displaying all the m3da traffic of the server (or filtered by client identifier).

To be tried :

• have a specifing "logging servlet" using jetty Continutions to support long polling
• this long-polling logging servlet would serve JSON data for received and sent M3DA Envelopes
