Can not connect to sidequest - not detected

Hi, I have an issue with many devices that used to connect to Sidequest without any issues, and of course, the dev mode is on.

I connect to a laptop, i get an error "Not detected"
When i click on "Open setup instructions," i am seeing:
"Quest detected" - Green
"Dev Mode Enabled" - Green
"ADB Enabled" - Green
"Device Authorized" - Red

i can hear a sound of the quest being detected on the PC, and i have tried multiple cables and USB ports. still doesnt work.

This is using Windows 11 and Quest on v74.
Can you please help me fix this?

Win11, Quest 2 on v78
Sidequest v0.10.42

Installing Meta Quest Link App solved that issue for me
