BanterGLTF should have a method to load a new URL #142
Description
In order for BanterGLTF to be functional for the inspector, it needs to operate like a module.
It should have a LoadURL function that allow it to load and replace the current from a newly provided url. It should also be able to be instantiated with no URL to begin with for the inspector to work
