Opening a second .md file causes Clearly to hang

I tried opening two .md files (different folders) at once to compare them and the app hung when opening the second one. Had to force quit.

Only happening after latest update.

Is it still happening on the latest update (1.7.0)?

Yep I'm on 1.7.0. Basically if I already have a md document open in Clearly. Then I go to try and open another, it hangs until I have to force quit it.

That's helpful! But also...I'm stumped! Can't replicate and so far no other reports.

I'm going to push out an update either tonight or tomorrow that adds a log export so I can get you to send me some logs and see if that helps with debugging.

@jkohlbach Okay, pushed out an update (1.7.1) that includes two things...

1. A potential fix for the issue you're experiencing
2. A new Help menu item (Export Diagnostic Log)

If it freezes again, force quit and then reopen the app and got to Help > Export Diagnostic Log and then paste the contents of the log here.

Still seeing the issue unfortunately, here's the diagnostic log but I can only generate this log AFTER the crash. The app freezes and i'm not able to click the Help menu.
