Allow easy ways to disable a skill for a particular agent, or alternative enable it for a particular agent. We can assume the skills are installed in ~/.agents/skills and enabling/disabling is just managing the symlink. Would be also great to have a one click enable all/disable all.
Why?
Not all agent clis have a great way to easily disable/enable skills at runtime. Sometimes have to stop and restart them. But they do often have ways to reload the plugins (including skills), or it will just take affect, because the skill won't be found because it's no longer linked in the dirs it's looking.
