Windows 10 Support

Does this package support Windows 10? Recreating the example works fine on my Mac, when I switch to my windows machine $ gn-node gen fails to load the windows toolchain. Upon inspection there is no <projDirectory>/buildconfig/toolchain/win/ directory.

I was wondering the same - Windows 10 and the MSVC chain support is really essential.
