[Feature/Fix Request] Enhance Navigation with Filters & Fix Filters

Hi there!

First off, amazing work! Very solid collection of utilities, very nice to navigate, very complete overall!

My only issue right now is with filter usage - enabling filters works on limiting the amount of information on screen (a second check showed filters are not working), but does not indicate whether a folder is empty under those same filters.

I'd like to suggest that, when filters are active, empty folders become greyed-out/hidden to make it easier to search through all categories
