Global expand/collapse buttons in theme editor

It is very frustrated that Theme Editor does not have immediate global expand/collapse button for controlling all the sections collectively. Please consider this. This will reduce unnecessary scrollings. Correct me if this feature is already available.

This will become evermore necessary once Theme Blocks are fully implemented.

Should have either hover options (similar to trash, dots, eye) for each level, AND/OR a keyboard modifier similar to holding down Option/Alt to expand/collapse everything in the current tree. Similar to how OS file browsers and navigating the DOM in any browser works now.
