[Rails 7.2] Key normalization changes

There was a recent change in rails/rails to fix logged cache key normalization: rails/rails@9af99bf

We've seen in some cases it changes the keys, where they may have some frontmatter. This might be worth harmonizing for Rails 7.2. I started taking a stab at it but didn't seem to crack it quite yet.
