Author settings in yaml

This issue is for suggesting things that make the ebook more amenable to authors. We have the ability to set icons (it works) . We should be able to change the default font (I think).

In #15, @backorder suggest setting header font sizes in the ebook yaml. Can we do that in GFM markdown? Should we?

A Shoes UI listing all the YAML settings. Hopefully it will know the settings types I.e. boolean, string, font, directory, etc.

It should be fairly easy to loop over each element and create fields as they appear. Ending up into a list-view kind of window, perhaps not stranger to a spreadsheet.

For example, it should be able to open a font dialogue for font settings (it's normally a OS standard window). Same for directory. Either directly type or paste a directory, or open directory tree to select path.

A preview button should be able to load a placeholder eBook with all the bells and whistles so the author can visually confirm it is what they want. The settings will be verified as valid and applied open a new window with all the settings in effect. Could be a right pane instead of its own window.

Finally, an ok and cancel buttons.

@backorder , have you run ebook-builder.rb ? Because that's what it does. What we don't have is a list of all the current and future yaml fields.

If I understand correctly, you want a general purpose Shoes GUI yaml editor that doesn't know about ebook internals and it just infers them from whatever the md author throws at it. Let's call that a future enhancement. Too much abstraction is the path to meta-atrophy or AI, which ever comes first. Go for it. I have no love for the current ebook-builder and you're meta-editor can run side by side.
