Not sure if this is the right place but just wanted to note somewhere:
Subroutine csub_40F2 in exploration.asm is basically the inverse of the roofEvent cutscene script. But it does not have a macro defined. Can be seen in action in map8 scripts.asm.
It seems to do something like 'undo last roofEvent block copy'.
