Script for managing CephFS subvolumes

A script is needed that allows management of CephFS subvolumes, including groups.

• If no group is specified, the created subvolume should belong to _nogroup.
• If, upon deleting a subvolume, no subvolumes remain in the group, the group should be removed after prompting the user.
