Saving intermediate model/weights in the middle of model.fit

Hello! Thanks so much for sharing your code on gihub. My first time using an SVM and this is a great introduction

Is it possible to save the model during the model.fit stage ?
I notice because training takes very long, or that the hardware may crash, i end up losing the progress
Is it possible to save a certain checkpoint and come back again later ?
