To install:

1) Download and Install Forge for 1.21.1 (52.1.0)
2) Add "shadowsdinosaurmod-1.21.x-x.x.x" to your mods folder
3) Launch Minecraft and ensure mod is present.

To Use:
1) Launch world in creative mode or with cheats enabled.
2) Give yourself/player T.rex spawn egg and right click to spawn a tyrannosaur.
3) Use Raw meat to feed and tame.

Many more dinosaurs to be added in the future, and many AI features planned, such as predator/prey interactions, nest guarding and cinematic Apex predator fights.
