Spawner.yml Undergroundmin/max are being ignored, mobs spawn directly beside players

Using 3.0.3 and CB 3020 for 1.7.2r0.3, My players have mobs spawning directly around them when underground the groundheight (55). My underground min was set to 50 and the underground max was set to 80.

If you need anything else just let me know. For now I have set the ground height to y1. Once I did this the above-ground settings took over and work fine.

Haven't tested it since, but I haven't changed versions either. I'm betting it does.

Hi there!
That is what I am trying to achieve on my server. I have a labirinth like dungeon system with catacombs and such, and I would like to populate it well for the players to enjoy the hack 'n slash. However, I only managed to get mobs spawning around the player when I reload the MM config with /mm reload. After that nothing happens, no mobspawning nothing, and the players are just runnig around on the empty corridors, despite all the tickperspawn and whatnot config.
Is it possible to receive your config files for me to test them out, whether it works for me?
