Bug: PowerTools not available on Asus ROG Xbox Ally X

Describe the bug

PowerTools should show up in OpenGamepadUI quick settings menu, but it does not.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Press guide button+b to open the menu
2. Reviewing the list of options, it is not there.

PowerTools should show up in OpenGamepadUI quick settings menu, but it does not.

Additional Context:

nobara-user@nobara:~$ udevadm info --attribute-walk /sys/class/dmi/id

Udevadm info starts with the device specified by the devpath and then
walks up the chain of parent devices. It prints for every device
found, all possible attributes in the udev rules key format.
A rule to match, can be composed by the attributes of the device
and the attributes from one single parent device.
