Feature: dedupliucate quick bar options based on the presence of steam & steamos-manager #507
Description
We should find a way to de-duplicate the options in the quick bar based on the launch options of steam and the presence of steamos-maanager. I.E. if steamos-manager is present, we should assume that steam will handle TDP settings and hide those from the user. If it isn't present (like on Nobara), or if steam is not in deck mode, then it should be used. We'll need to go through all the launch options of steam to tie specific features to specific options. I believe @hphilm did this a while back so it may already be known
