Feature (Platform): Add device specific controller options exposed by kernel drivers

Some devices have advances options exposed by their kernel drivers. We should add a way to controler these by device using the Platform class.

Notable devices:

• Lenovo Legion Go Series (hid-lenovo-go)
• Leno Legion Go S (hid-lenovo-gos)
• ROG Ally/AllyX series (hid-asus-ally)
• MSI Claw series (hid-msi-claw)
• Zotac Zone (hid-zotac-zone)

Item's in bold have drivers need to be finished and upstreamed, or are in the process of upstreaming. The ABI may not be finalized yet.
