Can't open the main/quick-access menus on KDE Plasma

Describe the bug

Trying to open the main menu or the quick-access menu is not possible in KDE Plasma, since the shortcuts that trigger them (Ctrl+F1/F2) are also the ones that trigger virtual desktop switching on the DE.

I'm not sure if this can even be fixed here, or if the "solution" is to just remove the default binds on Plasma, but I'm reporting it nonetheless.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have more than one virtual desktop on KDE Plasma.
2. Attempt to open either the main or quick-access menu.
3. See that it just switches desktops instead.

Expected behavior

For the menus to open.
