[MSI Claw] IP driver does not signal switch to xinput mode

After installing SteamOS onto an MSI Claw 8 AI+ A2VM, Inputplumber does not successfully signal the gamepad to switch from desktop to xinput.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install SteamOS Main Recovery image
• Cry when it's stuck in desktop configuration

Ideally we'll close this by removing the hid commands. I believe there are multiple versions of the spec from various MCU updates, so it may just be incompatible

I have a Claw A8 Z2E (AMD) I was wondering if it was possible to include controls in next release of InputPlumber. After installing steam OS 3.9 it sees controller buttons as a steam os controller. Thank you is there anything I can do to assist , I am not a developer.
